This dinosaur boy is the newest member of our knitted dino family- a fun project for knitters who have mastered the basics (knit, purl, increasing and decreasing) and a great gift to knit for dinosaur-mad boys or girls. Worked in chunky yarn, the body, neck and head is made in one piece so he knits up nice and quickly. You can also add little decorative knitted circles to his back, knitted from any colours of Dk yarn you have in your stash.
The five-page illustrated pattern takes you step-by-step through knitting and making up this dinosaur. Worked flat on 4.5mm straight knitting needles, there is no knitting in the round needed to make this toy.
You can knit him from any chunky weight yarn you have in your stash but we recommend a ball of Stylecraft Special Chunky in Pistachio (shown in picture)
Dinosaur measures 32cm tall when finished.
