To knit your octopus you will need: two colours of chunky yarn (You can use any chunky yarn you have but we recommend Women’s Institute Neon Coral Soft and Chunky Yarn 100g x 3 balls- currently on offer 3-for-2 on Hobbycraft's website, plus Hayfield Bonus Chunky in White) long 7mm knitting needles, darning needle, thread, stuffing and grey yarn for eyes.
Suitable for knitters with a little experience, this pattern is a lovely introduction to knitting texture, with step-by-step instructions to knit the bobbly textured legs.
Doll measures 20cm tall when completed. Octopus body measures 18cm tall when completes, legs are 40cm long.
