Using only knit stitch, this design is perfect for nervous knitters. Our easy-to-follow step-by-step instruction 'recipe' takes you through every stage of knitting,making up and decorating the robins- an ideal easy project to start children (or adults!) knitting.

To make these robins, you will need:
A pair of 4mm knitting needles
A ball of chunky yarn in red and tan (we use Hayfield Bonus Chunky in Light Natural and Signal Red)
3 pairs of toy safety eyes (9mm) black
Darning needle
Toy stuffing
White cotton
Felt in blue and red
3 little ball-shaped bells (optional)
Metal sewing needle
